- Channels are Notification Channels for incidents, critical messages, or for any other need

- Channels are used throughout the backstage i.e  Responder Statuses, scheduling ect.

- Most incident and tone channels are created by Chief 360 and are locked

             - You can share channels with other agencies i.e sharing apparatus status with mutual aid
