- Add Person: Add a new member to the agency (Please refer to “Adding New Member” for more information)
- Name: Click to edit personal information, edit login information, and manage device.
- Role: Assigned Security Role (Roles created under Admin > Security Roles)
- Responder Status: Edit responder Status per person. 9Responder statuses are created under Admin > Responder Statuses)
- Has Login: Member has a username and password for Chief 360
- Devices: How many devices are on members account
- Groups: How many Personnel groups member is apart of (Personnel groups are created in Admin > Personnel Groups)
- Qual: How many qualifications member has
- Primary Agency: Which Agency is primary for the member
- Re enable personnel that were disabled
- Prior Login: When someone request access to an agency who already has a Chief 360 login, they will need to be approved from pending personnel. Once approve member will have access to agency
- New User: If a New User with no login has requested access to your agency from the main Chief 360 Backstage page, their name will appear here. Once approved they will then receive another email to create a Username and Password
- Users who need to create a login will populate in this tab. This is generated after you have created a user or if they have requested access but do not have a login.
