Requesting Access to another Agency

Existing users of Chief 360/adding another agency


1. Log into backstage.chief360.com

2. Click "Request Access to Another Agency

4. Input code provided by agency. (If access code is unknown by department administration, have a department admin contact support@chief360.com)




**ADMINISTRATOR ACTIONS FOLLOWING ACCESS REQUEST**


1. Log onto backstage.chief360.com

2. Click “Administration” then “Personnel”



3. Click ‘Pending Personnel”


4. Click on the member requesting access

5. Click “Approve” (Role is not needed)




6. Have member log out and then back into website and app
